Grounded in the Circle of Security approach, this session helps expecting parents understand how to “be with” their infant’s feelings in ways that support confidence, safety, and connection. You’ll leave with insight, reassurance, and simple tools to help you feel more prepared emotionally for the early weeks of parenting.
